Orders and prices

Catalogue prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The amount charged through PayPal is the goods total plus standard Australian delivery of $14.90 (Australia Post standard parcel (tracked)). That delivery amount is shown on checkout before you continue to PayPal. Payment is completed on PayPal. This site does not collect or store debit or credit card details. Payment processing is provided by PayPal Australia Pty Limited. An enquiry form does not create a purchase.

Delivery

We send orders to Australian street addresses. Dispatch is 2 to 5 business days after PayPal payment is received. Standard delivery is a tracked Australia Post parcel. Full delivery terms are in the Shipping Policy.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may cancel before dispatch by emailing support@ayazvirani.com. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days if the goods are unused and in original condition. Faulty goods are handled under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are paid back through PayPal. Full detail is in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
