Returns and Refunds Policy

Cancel before dispatch

Email support@ayazvirani.com with your order number if you want to cancel before the parcel is sent. If the order has not been dispatched we refund the goods and delivery through PayPal.

Change of mind

You may return unused goods in original condition within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return postage for change of mind. Once we receive and check the goods we refund the goods amount through PayPal. Standard delivery is not refunded on a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply. If goods are faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, contact support@ayazvirani.com or 07 4630 3539 within a reasonable time and include your order number and photographs. We will repair, replace or refund as the law requires. We cover return postage in those cases. Refunds are paid through PayPal.

Write to support@ayazvirani.com first so we can give you a return reference. Send the goods to 643 Toowoomba Connection Road, Withcott QLD 4352, Australia. Do not send them unannounced.
